The Cash Counter functions as follows:              

    Admission Fees:

(a) For all new admission to Dolna Creche /Dolna Day School the admission fees payable will be decided by the Trustees of the Dolna Day School Trust and communicated through the office to parents seeking admissions for the children/wards.

(b) For children whose names have been struck off  the rolls/register for some reason, under circumstances in which  re-admissions may be granted, readmission fees will be Rs. 500/.

All fees till summer vacation (inclusive of the vacations) have to be cleared before the vacation period.

Fees once paid, will not be refunded

    FINE:-Fees must be paid within the first 15 days of the month. Defaulters will have to pay a fine of Rs.25/- for every    additional month. After the third month, the name of the child will be struck off the rolls. Parents may seek re-admission by showing genuine reasons and by paying re-admission fees.

    CAUTION MONEY:-A security deposit, refundable in cases where upon completion of one academic session the    parents decide against having their ward continue in the next session or in the event of the authorities of the Dolna Day School and Crèche having decided that they do not wish to allow the child to continue school or enjoy crèche facilities any further.

No refunds can be made in the first year of admission in case of withdrawal, as the deposit will be adjusted towards fees.

   IN CASE OF NEW ADMISSION:-Once admission formalities are completed no component of the fees paid will be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever.

Method of payment of Fees

Fees may be deposited that the fee-counter at the Office of the school between 1st. and the 15th. of the month (provided they are working days i.e. Mon to Fri and not scheduled holidays). The counter operates from 9:30 a.m. till 10:30 a.m.

Fees may also be deposited during banking hours or transferred into our accounts with the ICICI Bank or the idbi Bank at any branch of the aforesaid banks. The relevant account numbers and the procedure for deposit of fees with the bank will be advised by the school office
